Look closely at the black space between the "ii's" in the logo. We look at the "ii's" as us standing with the cross between us and "Films" (or films) being laid at the foot of the cross. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20 KJV
Just for fun, we repeated a line from The Current. In the memorable diner scene of The Current, Brian Owens (played by Dariush Moslemi) turns to stop Kjersten, the real estate agent, by saying "Hey, Kjersten." In Miles Between Us we have Luke Dauer (also played by Dariush Moslemi) call the waitress by saying "Hey, Kjersten."
There are over 400 video effect shots in Miles Between Us. You wouldn't think that there would be that many in a movie without any action or obvious CGI effects. If you haven't noticed any, it is a tribute to our crazy-talented editor and visual effect artist, Jeremy Wanek. The shots he had to alter include, changing or adding license plates to moving vehicles, adding a tv to a wall as Gabby passes by (above), removing logos from products, changing the scenery out of a window, adding posters to walls, removing Dariush's wedding ring when we he accidentally wore it on set (and removing the tan line from the wedding ring), and removing or changing business names on signs. Sadly, when his work goes unnoticed - he has done his job... that's why we wanted to mention him here.
